Gay Star Interviews with Matt the Great!

In the winter of 1999 a fresh new face appeared on computer screens everywhere, including mine. In a sea of bland, air-brushed models a young, 18 year old twink, with dark wavy hair, pierced ears and a smile that made you fall in love, began a journey towards becoming one of the most popular and successful porn stars on the planet. I still remember when he first appeared on HMBoys.com. Honestly, he was the only reason I kept my subscription for as long as I did.

It has been almost 9 years, with many ups and downs, but Pierre has come out on top. While many others have faded away and are little more than a memory, Pierre Fitch has broken from the pack and blazed his own trail. With his own company, Fitch Media, he is producing top quality DVD’s and managing several successful sites.

Well, to show what an amazing person Pierre really is… My dream for a long while has been to start a blog designed to interview porn stars. The twist is… it has to remain positive. No slamming other models or dishing dirt about the industry. No, none of that. If you want that, go see Jason Sechrest. He is very good at that. This blog is to get to know the porn stars themselves. When I shared my goal with Pierre he became very exited. He was so encouraging and motivating. And in the spirit of this blog, and for the launch or “maiden voyage,” there is no one I would rather interview than the man himself. The man who Inspired me to pursue my dream, Pierre Fitch. Because of the number of questions I had for him, the interview will be in 2 parts… and maybe to build a little suspense Remember the blog is to share the REAL porn star, so none of those canned questions; how big is your cock? Do you like to bottom or top? If you could be a tree, what kind of tree would you be? etc., etc…

OK, without further delay, here is the REAL Pierre Fitch…

Matt: We all know that you started in porn shortly after your 18th birthday, but what inspired you to go into this business?

Pierre: Well you know.. I always looked at porn when I was younger, and I always wanted to become some type of movie star … and since school was not for me, I decided to try porn. I sent out my pictures on my 18th birthday, then few days after did my first shoot for hmboys … then moved on to other sites. I wanted to get a bigger name so I got my self a nice body and sent my pictures out to falcon studios, and got hired same day with them. Well, I flew off to San Fransico not long after ..

Matt: Were there any porn stars that really inspired you?

Pierre: Bobby Williams and some others. I don’t remember all the names .. since it was 9 years ago LOL

Matt: We all remember our first crush, the one that still holds a special place in our heart. Can you tell us about your first crush?

Pierre: Well, before… I dated girls and I lived in Ottawa for a while, then moved to Toronto and into boyscondo, one of the places I worked . I met Chris and we started dating. He was my first man ever. It was a good experience. Our first date we went out to a club, got drunk to hell then want to rent a little room at a sauna to do our thing. From then on we got together for real and we moved together to toronto into some small apparment not long after that. I quit working for boyscondo and we moved out of Toronto not long after that to Bellville, Ontario, around Chris’ family – one fucking boring town. What an experience that was. Me and Chris decided to go to Montreal to visit. Then I went to a strip club, Taboo. It seemed fun and a good way to make some fast cash for my own business… anyhow bla bla, me and Chris had left each other, not because of Taboo, but for other reasons. I moved to Montreal not long after, hehehe..

Matt: Is there any one person you credit with helping you learn the ropes of the porn business, or was it more trial and error?

Pierre: No, I pretty much learn a lot of the thing in porn my self .. I learn the most working with Falcon for sure. I learn a lot of tricks, the in and outs; and I was very visiual ..

Matt: You have a lot of tattoos, and recently added a few more. Which was your first, and how old were you?

Pierre: My first tattoo, I got it when I was 18 on my left arm on the top, the little tomahawk. But most of them were done in a short period of time… 8 tattoos in under 3 months at 18, lol… and the rest were all done at different times. I have 2 new ones – a new dragon and a tattoo of my bro about his death. He was a bad boy like me.

Matt: OK, more about the tattoos, because so many people love them. Some of your tats contain skulls and you have the grim reaper on your leg. What was your inspiration for these?

Pierre: The reason for those tattoo’s is because when I was younger I was a bass player for a heavy metal death band. I was a bit nuts, and that’s the reason the tattoos. The band I was in wanted me to dress gothic like them. Not long after I quit. I did not want to be the goth kid, no way not my style.

Matt: Do you still play the bass guitar? And are there any other special talents that you have (other than the obvious, of course)?

Pierre: No I don’t play the bass anymore and probably forgot how, lol. It’s been a long time. Right now my big sport is kickboxing and boxing and thai boxing. I’m training 3 times a week with a private trainer, and about to join 3 more times a week with a class of people. In about 1 year or more I want to be in the ring. It would be fun and challenging, but don’t worry, I will protect my face and keep it pretty, LOL. I’m not really into other sports. I like this sport for the cardio and adrenaline.

Matt: You take great care of your body. And you have stated that you do it all naturally. Do you have any tips or tricks that work for you?

Pierre: My tips are, don’t ever stop training or you will loose all your results, and eat well and you will have a great body. I work out all the time… I have had ups and downs but ..

Matt: You have a successfull premium site (www.pierrefitch.com),a popular blog, a new DVD and two more DVD’s on the way. This has been a busy year for you. What is next for Pierre Fitch?

Pierre: Yes .. I have been super busy this year. My goal is to have 3 more DVD’s to come out before the end of December, and I’m now working on my new site, meetpierrefitch.com; kind of a neat place for my members to interact, post profiles of themselves and chat with each other… but who knows, always more plans to come out. My biz is now incoperated, so yeah, I’m doing all my best to grow and grow ..

Matt: Pierre, I can’t thank you enough for granting this interview. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… I started out as a fan almost 9 years ago, now I have to pinch myself to believe you are my friend. And not just my friend, but a true friend to all of you bloggies and fans.
